Abstract(s)
Or
It is widely believed that Derrida’s deconstruction is hostile to any type of definition. Yet,
Derrida set forth such a definition in his latest writings. It is somewhat ambiguous, but a
coherent interpretation of this definition is presented in this paper out of the experience of
the limits of language. Given that this experience is essential to the work of Heidegger and
Gadamer, a rejoinder between deconstruction and hermeneutics can be carried out.
