Abstract(s)
L'intervention préventive dont il est question dans ce rapport vise à soutenir le développement de la sensibilité maternelle dans le but de favoriser l'acquisition des capacités d'autorégulation chez le nourrisson. L'intervention se déroulant à domicile comporte huit visites au
cours desquelles les dyades mère-bébé participent à des activités interactives filmées, à des rétroactions vidéo et à des discussions sur cinq grands thèmes à composante éducative et thérapeutique. L'intervention, inspirée de différents programmes d'intervention ayant démontré leur
efficacité, a été implantée au Centre Premier Berceau auprès de deux dyades mère-bébé. Un protocole à cas unique de type ABA a été mis en place pour évaluer les effets de l'intervention. Les résultats indiquent que l'intervention a permis à l'une des mères (a) d'améliorer ses connaissances
sur son enfant (b) d'augmenter le niveau de proximité physique et affective entre elle et son bébé et (c) de développer sa sensibilité maternelle. Par contre, les effets plafonds obtenus par l'autre mère
ne permettent pas d'observer une amélioration.
